What are the payment options?
We offer the option of Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
Unfortunately, you can not cancel or get a refund after receiving the confirmation email of your order.
What time will I get my order?
Deliveries are availablle in 2hour time slots. If you have a specific time you would like it to be delievered please include it the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS before making a purchase.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! You can add any changes or notes including allergies in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS before checkout and we will try our best to accommodate.
Do you cater for events?
You can email us at chaishaiott@gmail.com to request and order for an event. We will need a minimum 2 week notice.
Are all boxes vegetarian?
Yes! All our boxes are vegetarian and we have one vegan box option.
